These interviews will help clarify and elaborate your overall business goals, further refining the site strategy and dictating prioritization of features and functionality. These are held onsite or remotely, recorded to ensure that we are able to reference any previous research as we continue the process. We prepare an interview guide for review and can also provide full written transcripts of all interviews as required.
On conclusion of all interviews, we prepare a report based on our analysis of the feedback from all stakeholders.
