Online surveys can provide a wide range of information about user needs, wants and behavior. We can recruit participants directly from your web site, or through research firms. We develop questionnaires, implement surveys and analyze results. Survey results can help identify problems with a current site, or help plan for future projects. We have also performed onsite intercept surveys when more appropriate.
